1. Return Requirements
To protect the rights of both parties, please confirm the following conditions before submitting a return request:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
The packaging must be intact (including tags, accessories, gift box, and other original packaging materials) and must not be in a condition that could affect its resale value.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase; returns submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

After receiving the product, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days. Upon confirmation that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund within 3–5 business days.

4. Fees
For returns due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size or changed preferences), shipping and customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
For returns due to quality issues, Minguicloud will cover the corresponding shipping costs.
5. Special Notes
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or severely damaged during shipping, we will assist you throughout the entire process of claiming with the carrier and ensure you receive reasonable compensation. Specific solutions include:
Reshipment: Ensures you receive your complete package promptly.
Partial Refund: Compensation based on the product value or damage.
Full Refund: A full refund if reshipment is impossible or if the damage is severe.
Damaged or defective products received
To demonstrate our professionalism and commitment, we offer tiered compensation plans based on the severity of damage:
Minor Damage: Minor scratches or minor dents that do not affect use: 10% refund of the product price.
Moderate Damage: Significant scratches or localized damage that partially affect use or aesthetics: 20% refund of the product price.
Severe Damage: Extensive damage or unusable product: 30% refund of the product price or a full refund or reshipment.
